1. Check the haircut, nails, uniform and punctuality of the wards in the morning.

2. See that your ward carries books and exercise books according to the timetable for the day. No extra books are allowed

3. See that your ward carriers his \her lunch box daily. Parents are not allowed to send the lunch box during the school hours.

4. See that your ward is prepared for the class tests and brings required stationary to school. Also see his\her diary [note books regularly].

5. Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co curricular activities and sports.

6. Restrict daily pocket money. Excessive spending should be discouraged.

7. Plan higher education of your wards beyond the school in good time so that they may be eligible to compete for the maximum number of institutions of higher education.

8. Children should not bring crackers, holi colours, transistors, any sharp instrument etc to the school. Bursting of crackers or splashing colours is forbidden and may lead to expulsion of student from the school.

9. No student will be allowed to go home without the written permission of the principal.

10. Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his\her belonging. There should be a nametag inside blazers and sweaters expensive articles like transistors ,calculators etc. should not be brought to school. In case of violation of this rule the articles will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility if any article is lost in school.

11. If your ward is absent from school he must make up for all the work missed by him.

12. If your ward has to leave the school campus during school hours he must bring a letter explaining the reason and should obtain a gate pass from the senior in charge \vice principal. This must be presented to the class teacher at the time of leaving.

13. No student up to class 5th should wear a wrist watch at school.

14. All parents are requested to impart health education to their children.

    Kindly follow these instructions.
    a) Maintain personal hygiene like trimming of nails and being neat on regular basis.
    b) Students should take exercise regularly.
    c) Ensure that your ward takes sufficient sleep.
    d) Have a nutritious and balanced diet.
    e) Drink either boiled or filtered water.
    f) Avoid eatables from roadside vendors.
    g) Deworming at least once a year must be ensured. Consultation of your family physician is advised.
    h) Get dental and ophthalmic check up every year.
      Immunize your child as per schedule given below:
    1. BCG
    2. DPT
    3. oral polio
    4. MMR
    5. DT-at 5 years of age
    6. Tetanus-booster has to be given between 7-16 years of age and also to be given if injured.
    7. Typhoid
    8. Cholera
    9. mephitis
    10. Meningitis.

    j) Students suffering from infectious diseases such as chicken pox, cholera, measles, mumps, whooping cough and jaundice, conjunctivitis, dermatitis, scabies etc. should not be sent to school.
    k) Students suffering from chronic disease like asthma, epilepsy, rheumatic heart disease, etc. are advised to be under continuous medical supervision of specialist.
